What do I need to apply for a loan?

You must be at least 18 years old and have:

  • You must be a resident of the U.S.
  • A job or proven source of income
  • An email address
  • A checking account in good standing
All signed Loan Agreements are subject to verification of prior loan history and application information. Your online application will be either approved or declined based on our evaluation of the information you provide. In some cases, we may need to ask for additional information. But for most customers, it's quick and hassle-free.

How much may I borrow?

If this is your first Big Valley Financial loan, you could qualify for up to $500 (A 'soft' hit on your credit will be pulled and we will verify your consumer credit information using third party services.). Returning customers that remain in good standing and after certain successful payments can qualify for future loans up to $1,000*.

How soon will I get my money?

If your application is approved and verified by 5 PM CST, we can electronically deposit your loan proceeds into your account as early as the next business day.

When will I hear from you?

You will hear from us within one (1) business day or sooner upon receiving the necessary information. We will contact you with a loan offer or email you for missing information. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

What happens if I don't make my loan payment by the due date?

It is your responsibility to make your loan payment by the due date. If you are unable to make your scheduled payment, please contact Customer Support. Be aware that additional fees may apply.

How will I know when my application is approved?

You won't have to wait long. After you submit your online application, your results will be available in a matter of seconds.* If conditionally approved, subject to verification of your application information, you will be able to request how much you want to borrow up to your maximum approved amount. In the event we are unable to approve your application for credit, we'll notify you with the reason for denial.

How do you protect my personal information?

We understand that you might have some reservations about providing us with your personal information in applying for a loan online. Keeping your financial and personal information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Big Valley Financial has taken a number of measures to keep our process completely confidential and secure. What if I want to cancel the loan?

To cancel the Loan Agreement, you must fax or email to us written notice of your intent to cancel prior to 4 PM CST on the Disbursement Date.

Can I pay my loan back early?

Yes! you can pay your loan back early. Contact us to at least 3 business days before your due date to let us know that you want us to debit your account early.

Once paid off, when can I get another loan?

Yes, We may ask you to prove that the previous loan has been actually paid in full by providing us a bank statement showing proof of a non-pending payment. It may take up to 3 days to process a new loan.
